ABOUT GRAEME JEREMY

My track record of building high performance teams, designing and implementing processes and systems across a range of business sectors produces great results for my clients. Problem solving in a business context has become my passion and I believe there is solution to every challenge. My aim is to enable leaders and their businesses to realise professional goals and objectives through bespoke consultancy services and to act as a facilitator to unlock every business’s true potential.

I help leaders translate their vision into reality by ensuring services are tailored to delivering value at every stage. Activities are always designed to promote collaboration, extract context and a deep understanding of every challenge while ensuring analysis is evidence based to uncover the true root causes. Recommendations are always tailored and will take into consideration industry best practice and the latest thinking to ensure state of the art solutions.
 

My recommended processes and systems enable businesses to achieve their goals without becoming challenges or barriers in themselves. I ensure this by adopting a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) approach to any new process or system I propose to my clients, keeping businesses systems agile and efficient. I call these “gold dust” solutions; just enough to be robust, taking advantage of best practice, and deployed in the most efficient way.
